لمحة عن شركة التأمين العربية – سورية
أُحدثت شركة التأمين العربية – سورية ش.م.م. خاصة استناداً إلى أحكام المرسوم رقم 43 لعام 2005، وبناءً على قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم 53/م بتاريخ 25/06/2006، برأسمال مدفوع قدره 16,000,000 ليرة سورية، وبسجل تجاري رقم 14731 – دمشق، سورية.
تُعتبر شركة التأمين العربية من روّاد صناعة التأمين في العالم العربي، إذ أُنشئت عام 1944 من قبل شركة تأمين عريقة ومعروفة، وهي شركة التأمين العربية القابضة و شركة التأمين العربية العالمية المرتبطتان بشركة التأمين ش.م.ل.
وسبق للشركة أن عملت في السوق السورية خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1954 وحتى 1969. وقد قامت شركة التأمين العربية وشركاتها، بالإضافة إلى مساهمة وشراكة سورية ضمت نخبة من رجال الأعمال والصناعيين، بتأسيس شركة التأمين العربية – سورية للعودة إلى ممارسة المهنة في السوق السورية، بناءً على قرار وزير المالية رقم 43/100 تاريخ 10/10/2006.
وتواصل الشركة مسيرتها في السوق السورية، مستندةً إلى ما يزيد عن 75 عاماً من الخبرة والأداء في مجال التأمين وإعادة التأمين، بما يساهم في إغناء سوق التأمين وتقديم خدمات تأمينية تلبي احتياجات العملاء.

About the Company
Arabia Insurance Company – Syria (Private Joint Stock Company) was established pursuant to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 43 of 2005 and in accordance with Council of Ministers Resolution No. 53/M dated 25 June 2006, with a paid-up capital of SYP 16,000,000, and Commercial Registration No. 14731 – Damascus, Syria.
Arabia Insurance is considered one of the pioneers of the insurance industry in the Arab world. The company was originally established in 1944 by the reputable and well-established Arabia Insurance Holding Company and Arabia International Insurance Company, both affiliated with Arabia Insurance S.A.L.
The company previously operated in the Syrian market from 1954 to 1969. Arabia Insurance, together with its affiliated companies and a Syrian partnership involving a group of prominent businessmen and industrialists, established Arabia Insurance Company – Syria to resume its insurance activities in the Syrian market, pursuant to Ministry of Finance Decision No. 43/100, dated 10 October 2006.
Today, the company continues its journey in the Syrian insurance market, building on more than 75 years of experience and expertise in insurance and reinsurance, contributing to the development of the insurance sector and providing insurance services that meet the needs of its customers.
